Today I have added two new functionalities, the original and modified Van Assche indices, with those in mind who routinely report baseline and follow-up MRI exams in patients with perianal Crohn disease. Both scoring systems have their merits, and there are still several questions regarding their use and predictive value. Further informations and links to some very useful (and mostly open access articles) can be found under the Notes section of each calculator page, and I warmly recommend you to read them if not already familiar with these indices.
