Notes
- The original CTSI is a combination of the Balthazar score and the extent of the pancreatic necrosis.
- The score ranges between 0-10.
- Severity is graded as follows:
- 0-3: mild acute pancreatitis
- 4-6: moderate acute pancreatitis
- 7-10: severe acute pancreatitis
